I sawthis post about a world collaboration to draw Viktor and Yuri in your own country and thought it was a really cool idea, so I drew them on a bike date along the canals of Amsterdam! It was a good way to challenge myself to doing a full background.
Previews of my @borntomakearthistoryzine pieces, available exclusively in the Born to Make (Art) History book. I revisited my Kiss on Ice piece and made it into a gold foil print just for this project, so it’s closer to the original Klimt. I also illustrated the cover after Dega’s The Star!
